2022: A Year in Review

As 2022 winds down, we’re joining countless others in a moment (or two) of reflection over a year fueled by forward thinking, positive momentum, and growth. 

In 12 months, we’ve added several new faces to our agency, bringing added depth and expertise to our Client Services and Media teams and building out our agency’s Activation arm, a game changer that has allowed us to finetune our internal processes and cross-team collaboration efforts. 

We’ve brought on new clients and strengthened relationships with current ones. We’ve forged new partnerships, doubling down on our purpose to build, create, and communicate incredible work that stops at nothing to lessen the impact we humans have on our one planet. 

We’ve won awards for work that helped drive significant change for both our clients and the people and communities they serve. A few worth noting:

Our team has helped play a role in significant policy changes locally and on a national level, helping to usher through the passage of Universal School Meals for children across the state of Vermont and advocating on behalf of our Planet through the B Corp Climate Collective. 

And earlier this year, we were recertified as a B Corporation, a testament to the core values and mission our entire team strives to uphold day in and day out through the work we do for our clients and the time we spend giving back to our own individual communities. So many businesses are taking the leap and committing to using business as a force for good, a move that we truly believe will foster greater collaboration and further drive positive change. This year’s recertification was both a reminder of the impact and importance of the work our team does and an opportunity to look ahead - to see where we go from here, how we can improve, and what it truly means to fight for the future of our Planet in the most just and equal way possible.

There’s a lot to be grateful for, and a lot to look forward to. We can’t wait to see what’s next.
